Our apartments are nestled just outside of downtown Sacramento, in a peaceful area near California State University Sacramento and the beautiful American River. Take in some shopping at the Arden Fair Mall, enjoy a short trip to the annual California State Fair, or enjoy fishing, float trips, and other outdoor recreation on the American River.

If you feel like staying in, our controlled-access community is appointed with luxurious amenities including a swimming pool and a BBQ and picnic area. We love your pets and are excited to welcome them to their new home! We allow up to 2 pets per home. Cats and dogs are welcome although some breed restrictions apply. If your pet is a dog, it may not contain any of the following breeds in its pedigree: Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Boxers, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Rottweilers, St. Bernards, and Wolf Hybrids
